Art That Lives Within Systems

Sculpture. Place. Time.

The works within the SY’NK Collections are not static objects — they are expressions of motion, resilience, memory, and responsibility. Through sculpture, gardens, meditations, and place-making, Halsted S. Welles captures the dialogue between the built and the natural, the eternal and the evolving.

Sculpture

Sculptures that embody symbolic ideals — Resistance, Grace, Resilience — realized across a range of scales and mediums:

  • Tokens. Miniature resin replicas, designed to recognize acts of goodwill in our communities. Each limited edition piece is catalogued in a registry of recipients.

  • Trophies. Desk-sized spinning sculptures modeled after prayer wheels. Available with or without a luminous base that lights the piece from within.

  • Garden Icons. Stone editions of the core sculptures, scaled for residential garden settings. Available in granite or limestone.

  • Urban Icons. Monumental versions created for public display — available by commission in a variety of stones.

  • Site-Specific Commissions. Custom multi-sculpture installations informed by their environment. Includes maquette “The Palace at 4:00 AM.”

  • Tablet Videos. Cinematic garden journeys bound in book-like formats, paired with poetry by Anthony Brandt and garden plan drawings.

  • Stills. Diptychs, triptychs, and single-frame collages capturing the intimacy of time’s passage. Available as large-format, framed works.

  • Traveling Exhibit. A curated installation of (3) monitors cycling through short-form videos, accompanied by (25) framed stills. Available for touring.
